The king size bed was comfortable! I didnt care for the hotel. It was under construction. The room next to mine had people coming and going all night and were loud keeping me awake for several hours through the night.

The room was in need of renovation. The bathtub was in poor condition The sink drain was missing. There was insufficient towels available. No extra blankets or pillows. The towel shelf in bathroom was very dusty with poor quality towels.

The lady who I met that checked me in was super friendly. She helped me every time I needed something for the room without hesitation. Location was great.
Negatives:
The room was really humid and air flow in the hotel made it hard to breathe. I didnt sleep well due to that. Breakfast could have offered a little more variety. It was mainly breaded foods and no fruits/yogurt options.

Tha New Orleans lady has exceptional customer service I didn't get her name but she checked me in she was very kind.

I felt like I was falling in tha tub it's at a angle I had to hold on to tha bar to keep from slipping and falling. Tha bed had hair in it tha air conditioner barely worked I understand u were under construction but let someone know when I booked it didn't say that are that tha continental breakfast was going to be yogurt, a snack bar, one fruit and a water this was horrible. I always love staying at tha quality inn hotels if available wherever I go but it could have been a lot better tha staff was nice.

not being told about hotel construction when the hotel called us earlier that day too confirm our reservation! There should have been more breakfast items ie pastries,fruit cartons of milk cartons orange juice boiled eggs .This should have been automatic for not having hot items.With the kitchen under construction

At least had a microwave, refrigerator in room. At least we weren't staying in room during the day a lot,mostly there to sleep.

Tv had a line thru it on screen .One of the lights had a short in it. Construction on the first floor was not told when booked. Breakfast was a grab and go since construction going on.

The building is old but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Grab and go breakfast had a Jimmy Dean croissant breakfast sandwich that we microwaved and ate in the room. There was also a large apple that was nice.
Negatives:
The plastic hanging the full length of the lobby over the breakfast room is terrible. The posted note saying they're remodeling is faded and looks like it's been there a long time. If there was any work being done we didn't see or hear anything.
