Got the card for the area manager Mr.Patel… NEVER CALLED ME BACK…
Breakfast Menu Items were NOT AVAILABLE…apparently even if you get to
Breakfast at 6am..NO EGGS,NO SAUSAGE or GRITS!
Front Desk response was, “That’s ALL we HAVE!” It was 6am those items were
NEVER COOKED!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Check your RECEIPT..overcharge me for PARKING(WE RODE w/son-in-law&daughter)
Then staff couldn’t give me REFUND for 3Days!
Heritage Inn had NO BREAKFAST!
Our room NEVER got CLEAN, even after
we talked to the front desk to inform her
that we were leaving so housekeeping could clean our room.
We had to go to to the front desk to get CLEAN TOWELS. Every DAY!
Our key only worked one day (had to go have front desk to reset).

Positives:
Breakfast was gone before 8:00am. Paid pet fee of $40, was told on the phone refundable, but then told it was not. Phone in room did not work, lights in room did not work. Hanging smoke alarm. Pool needs a cover over the pool, it felt like a sauna, faced the road with a see through fence. No vending machines, coke machine, was told coffee was available 24/7 but it was not. Not a horrible experience but for it to be a pleasurable stay alot of little things need done.
