Check in was a little slow due to new computer system. The front desk clerk was very nce, but was challenged to process 50 or so reservations. As we were going to eat anyway, we told her we'd check in after. We returned after dinner, check in was fine.

We booked a king room with roll in shower but were given a hearing access room with a tub/shower combo. We were able to solve this issue by switching rooms with our friend whose room had a shower.
