Positives: Staff was excellent. Very attentive and extremely quick to attend to our two requests. We flew in after midnight and the shuttle bus was prompt to get us and driver was friendly. Night staff super nice. Morning staff was kind and helpful. A real breakfast restaurant inside! That made the coming day so much better. Restaurant staff were fast and great with the kids. Great stay for the price.
Negatives: The hotel is getting older and tired - and aren’t we all - but room/bathroom/bedding was very clean.

Positives: Nice comfortable room. Grandkids like the large pool with great hours of 6a-10p. Ice available.
Negatives: No breakfast included but not expected so met expectations. The place was huge so it was a hike to the lobby and pool.
