We were offered a newly decorated ground floor room. What we didn’t understand was why the bed was so close to a wall when there was a huge empty space on the other side. It made getting in and out difficult in the night.
However, it was just a stop over en-route to another place. So it worked.

Staff was so extremely rude to my wife when she was checking in with the children that she left crying, refused to interact with them again, I called to speak with the front desk and was treated equally horribly, immediately demanded they cancel the reservation as we would seek accommodations elsewhere, and they refused, called booking.com and they said they would see what they could do, still waiting for resolution, absolute horrible experience.

The room smelled like freshly smoked pot and urine. There are many sketchy individuals that appear to be living at the motel on a permanent basis. They linger around the property and make you feel unsafe. The furniture is extremely old and broken. The bathroom smelled of urine and the shower was filthy and the tub had many cracks. The enamel was cracked with what appears to be large amount of some product to cover it. We should have left but arrived late and were exhausted and needed to sleep. I woke with itchy skin and a swollen left eye. I do not recommend this facility to anyone especially families with children.

the customer was really good, and the rooms was cleaned and so was the bathroom. i would suggest mopping the floors with water n soap, due to overtime you'll notice your feet/socks black. but over all a very decent place to come if u dont want to pay $$$ at a mainstream hotel.
