The smell is awful and then when I asked about it the man didn?t understand and sprayed more. The windows are sealed shut, I sat in the room for 25 minutes with the door open and it never got better. In all fairness offered 2nd room but same smell

For 2 ppl.they give 1 towel, 1 wash cloth & 1 hand towel. When asking about the money they put on hold (in case of damage or what have you)the one behind the counter was kinda rude how he answered.

The staff is always very nice and courteous. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. I always feel relaxed and stress-free when I stay here.

I stayed at this property before and each time I come back Im greeting the smiles everybodys very pleasant very helpful. The room is comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and I really really enjoyed myself

The room was dirty. The bed was unmade and I left without staying.

I really liked how cordial, and brief the staff are. I like how you can always find a room even last minute.
Negatives:
I was extremely disappointed in the entire experience. It took over an hour to get the room after I paid for it online. The room was dirty. I walked into fake eyelelashes and dirt on the floor, and pizza sauce on the desk. I won't be doing this again.

This was the worst place ive ever been. We couldnt even stay here as it was so unsafe and disgusting. there was scratch marks on the headboard, dirty napkins in the drawers, and stains all over the beds. There was a human trafficking sign as soon as you walk into the building, and a strong smell of cigarettes.
