Location is great for a shopping excursion as it's near the "mall" and many other stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
Outdated, needs a refurbishment. bathroom sink is not located in the bathroom?? carpet is old and worn. keys to the outside entrance wouldn't work two days in a row so had to walk around to the front of the building to gain entry. Breakfast was OK, same thing 3 days straight. cheese omlet, scrambled eggs and sausages that looked like they were cooked before the millenium.

Good location but and cheapest stay in the area, but you get what you pay for.

I loved that it was dog friendly and clean.
Negatives:
Breakfast could have had more healthy options. The parking lot was torn up and rough on vehicles and a few people lingering outside the hotel concerned me especially if I was alone.

The hot breakfast was cold, had to wait for a while for the waffle maker. No regular pancake slurpy. No fresh foot with out brushing or over ripe. No butter on the weeend. Weekend staff wasnt pleasant to deal with.

The noise from the renovations were every loud. The door slamming to the rooms. Smell of skunk in the hotel room. Light on phone flashing with no msg. Having inexperience personnel on the desk for check with no one supervising.

It was clean and everyone was nice. It is in an area we had everything we needed.
Positives:
Well managed. Better than average experience at this national chain. Surprisingly quiet for main road location. Felt safe. Fridge & microwave worked perfect, kept drinks and snacks for a week. No smells. Clean, visibly and to the touch. Everything worked as it should. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked and the kitchen staff warm and caring. Reception staff were quick to respond, attentive but not intrusive. Bedding was good. Family emergency brought us in from the Heartland, was the shelter I needed it to be.
Negatives:
I cant complain about minor aesthetic things because everything worked and refurbishment was happening but I didnt care for the parking lot slope at the traffic light.
