Huge facility with updated rooms. The room was spacious. Nice giant pool. Super friendly, helpful & accommodating staff.
Negatives:
The roof of the coveted area of the front door had a big gash in it. Looked like a truck couldn’t fit and hit it the roof line. Very unsightly & not a good impression when first checking in.
Breakfast could have used more hot options. However, I liked that Chobani Greek yogurt was in stock in the fridge.

Everything. No handicap facilities or access at all to the rooms. Poor communication with the front desk (they gave us keys to a room that was already occupied). 2nd room was unclean. Even one of their staff members complained about their employer saying the hotel should of been bulldozed years ago

An affordable option as a base to visit Acadia NP. One way travel into the NP entrance is about 30 min without traffic. Staff at the front desk are awesome and helpful.
Negatives:
Although rooms are newly renovated with good looking and thoughtful hardware, plumbing seems subpar. Based on average prices in the area, I'm still liking the value it provided.
