The location was great. There was a pool and free breakfast which the family likes.
Negatives:
There was a shirt left in our room when we arrived from whoever had stayed prior. We had a pull out couch/bed for the kids to sleep on and we asked for pillows but were told that they did not have anymore in the building.

The breakfast was good nice selection and the rooms were nice beds were comfortable liked there was bodywash,shampoo,conditioner in the bathroom and the pool was great the water was so nice and warm we really enjoyed the pool even tried the weight room.Ashley at the front desk was sooo nice. Hotel was very clean and smelled so fresh.Really liked having coffee down in the lounge was a very nice touch.
Negatives:
The only thing I really didn't like to much was the bathroom door was very heavy to slide open and close can't imagine older people or little kids trying to open and close nice touch though but maybe door doesn't have to be so heavy.

The staff was supposed to contact me. We had left early and we're trying to avoid getting charged for the second night that we did not stay. The staff was supposed to contact "booking.com" to try to change the date for me since I booked through them. I was told they would get back to me and they never did. I then reached out to both booking.com and Hampton through the booking app. I never got a response from Hampton inn nor did the people I talked to at booking.com. so essentially I was charged for two nights even though I was only there for 1

The Wifi did not work in my room. I did not have access to the internet. For these prices, I expect functioning wifi.
