The room could definitely do with refurbishment, cracked tiles in bathroom and loose fitting, not very good, also please stop using paper cups wrapped in plastic, bad for the environment, and would you appreciate drinking you’re first morning drink in you’re kitchen if it was in a paper cup, I’m sure you wouldn’t . A kettle would also be appreciated by international visitors, making tea from a coffee machine is disgusting.

Location is excellent. The hotel is located right across from the Wharf and my kids loved to watch the boats/ferry come in. A super large cruise ship came in and my kids were fascinated watching the docking process from our room window. They were able to take selfies using their ipads with the cruise ship in the background. On the adult side...loved having a hotel with a restaurant that does breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Always nice to have a bar in the hotel for when the kids finally head to bed. The heated pool, which is open super early!!! was an added treat for kids that like to wake up too early when travelling.

In suite bathroom did not have a fan/vent. When travelling with the family and eating out, a bathroom with a vent/fan is very good thing lol.
