The staff were great and the majority of the building was nice. Having 2 resteraunts connected to the hotel was nice. I did not use or see the pool but many families seemed to enjoy it.
Negatives:
Seemed to be a large portion of the people who stayed there were smoking in their rooms. The hallway smelled like stale cigarettes. I did not report this to the desk since it was only in the hallways, not our room. The bathroom was very small, and the shower handle stuck a lot. Water pressure was okay but not great. Not a lot of parking is close to building. Both nights, when we got back to the hotel around 6, we had to park around the side of the building and walk to the main entrance due to not having enough parking out front. The side entrances are locked after an early hour, and it doesn't allow you to use your room keys to get in side entrance, like a lot of hotels.

The room is spacious, the extra sink by the door, many mirrors, sitting area with 2 chairs and bench were all great.
Negatives:
Non smoking facilities, but there were guests smoking in the rooms. The distance we have to travel to our destination and toiletries, still uses the travel size items.

Had no power the entire time. Was moved to an awful hotel across the road. When asking for a refund I was told that I will not get one and was informed that I was now on the “do not rent” list because of “trashing my room and throwing liquid on the walls” which never happened. Generally was one of the worst interactions I’ve ever had with a property

The fact my stuff was stolen out of my room, I was told that housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms that stayed less than 3 nights, I went to work and came back to find out that the hotel cleaning staff came in and cleaned my room out anyways with all of my stuff still in it. Tried to get my stuff back but failed, I wouldn’t stay here
