One of the elevators was broken so it was only one elevator for the whole building! Breakfast had pretty poor options and I’ve never had been asked to leave a tip at a hotel breakfast before but at this place

This was the worst property I ever stayed.
Negatives:
Everything. Hair all over the bathroom, mildew on shower curtain, stain on sheets & towels, loud air conditioner, no toilet paper, and toilet that overflows and continues to run, along with staff (Brianna) pretending to care and address the issue to the next day act as if she never talk to me or knew about my concerns. When asked for higher management contact told me the general manager was person to talk to. I already sent emails and pictures and heard nothing from this manager which I explained. She told me call . I did and phone number was disconnected. My husband called Brianna back on phone and she hung up on him. This by far is the worst experience I have ever had and feel not worth $600 dollars nor a 4 Star hotel!!!!

Positives:
The digital key would not work but I was able to get a regular key card at the front desk. This was the only inconvenience since I couldn't enter the room with the digital key when I arrived pre checked in.
Negatives:
It was slightly busy and only one elevator seemed to be working so sometimes there was a wait time to get upstairs.
Plus I could hear the kids in the next room through the outside windows it almost seemed like they were standing outside the window it was that loud.
