Best Western Plus Waterville Grand Hotel

Negatives: Mattress should be replaced. Room could be updated, although was very clean.

Negatives: The gym looked well equipped according to the pictures, but in real life there was just couple of treadmills and rusty dumbbells. The gym was extremely hot and moist as it was right next to pool. If you are choosing hotel based on the gym, don't choose this hotel

Negatives: Outdated and over priced! Cracks in tub walls and walls in room! Have paid less for a lot better! The rooms have not been updated for over 20 years. Advertising a hot tub that is not in service and has not been for over a year is ridiculous. I should get half the price knocked off. 

Negatives: I didn’t like the fact the coffee maker was in the bathroom lol

Negatives: How they didn’t tell me that they had homeless people living there,the hot tub was not working,the room wasn’t clean and it said free breakfast but if I had breast fast there I would have to tip. If I have to tip then it wasn’t free. I’m very very dissatisfied and the fact that the hallway smelled like marijuana, and there are a lot of people screaming in the middle of the night. I did not feel safe to appoint that I had to lock my doors and put a chair in front of the door . I couldn’t Ask for my refund because it was a nonrefundable stay. I will not be going back to this location.

Negatives: Something leaking around air conditioner? Rug wet and continued to grow couldn’t go to a part of the room. Toilet seat was broken but functional. A table had a broken piece on the leg

Negatives: We had to pull out a dresser to access a outlit for my fan and there was a huge empy alcohol bottle There wasnt any access to the pool towels exept in the office space but there was no one in that office so had to walk all the way to front to get somebody The girls at front were very nice and did there jobs but could deff smile a little more or if they cant help you at the moment to say one moment or be right with you.. something instead jus kept u waiting until they got you (which i could see they had couple things going but stil would of been nice for some eye contact or smile or communication) ( i was new at checking in so not sure what im doing and jus standing there made it more odd for me)

Negatives: There was a used needle left in our room so they obviously do not clean good. Thankfully my daughter did not get poked by it. I need someone to contact me. This is not okay.

Negatives: The hotel did not have a reservation from Booking.com when we got there. They had rooms available so we did get the same room type we had reserved.

Negatives: The price of the room was not what I had seen online ...online it said the room was $ 139.00 dollars a night and we got charged $ 212.00 a night...

Negatives: nicer greeting at check in. help with finding bottled water. all vending machines were out of order
