The location was good close to everything. Pet friendly. The grounds were very well maintained.
Negatives:
The cottage was run down , needed a power wash, and paint was chipping. The inside needed a new paint job scuff marks and chipped paint on the trim. Cleaning is all about the details of every nook and cranny. Behind the door in the bathroom, the actual doors needed to be cleaned. Walls needed to be cleaned. The carpet should be ripped up, and new flooring put down. It's easier to keep clean between guests and more sanitary. One of the beds needs a new mattress it was horrible to try and sleep on.
