Absolutely horrible . I didn’t stayed there . My husband made a reservation. The guy that barely spoke any English couldn’t understand that and didn’t wanted to accept my credit card to pay for the room . They should have someone that speaks English.
So I just walked out and stayed at Holiday Inn across the street .

Outrageous , rood staff . I mean the front desk guy . I arrived late at night. So obviously he was mad because I woke him up . Like I explained above- I didn’t stayed there . Never, ever stay there . Save your money and brain cells talking to their staff that DONT SPEAK ENGLISH.

It rains the electrical now they told us that it was an would be an hour pretty electric to be turned back on and it did not come back going and I called downstairs and somebody laughed at me and I told them they're going to get in my money back or do you want to give me another room

We were notified that we left an item in the room.
Negatives:
Room key didn't work - we checked in during the afternoon and key problem wasn't fixed until 8 PM.
Air conditioner barely worked and when it did it ran at a 78 decibel level. Impossible to sleep with the noise.
Rat traps between all rooms on the first floor were cause for concern.
Staff did not follow up on our instructions about the item left in the room nor did they inform us that they were NOT going to follow up on them. We were forced to detour from our planned route to get the item.

Small, clean, but Spartan is how I would describe the room.
Negatives:
The shampoo, body wash and hand wash dispensers don’t work very well. In addition the hand wash disposer fell off the wall during the middle of the night, giving us a bit of a start..
