The location was great. The lobby felt very cozy. The continental breakfast was delicious and 24 hour coffee in the lobby was a plus too.
Negatives:
The mattress we had was so hard and we only had four small flat pillows on the king size bed. It felt like sleeping on the floor. Our tub stopper was broken and sitting in the tub when we checked in. We didn’t need it but it was still something I noticed.

A bait and switch was pulled as the hotel was listed as pet friendly but it was not specified that a room upgrade would be required. The larger suite cost more per night than a standard room. This difference was more than is industry standard as a pet security deposit, and it was non refundable.
