The staff were very helpful. The rooms were refreshed daily which was a boon to family. There was a fridge AND microwave which we didn't find in fancier hotels along the way. Loved the amount of ports for recharging all devices. Location close to downtown and port. Bar staff at night was exceptionally helpful.
Negatives:
The rooms were small. Parking was a bit difficult, not possible on site but the staff alerted us to other possibilities which worked out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location is great. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quite clean. Beautiful bathroom (except for the swinging bathroom door). There was a small refrigerator, microwave, and single-serve coffee machine in the room -- fantastic!
Negatives:
We were awoken by the beeping sound of a truck backing up several times directly below our window on the 2nd floor around 7:30 am. Paying extra for parking and wifi (if you aren't a Hilton Honors member) isn't great. The swinging doors to the bathroom don't sound-proof the bathroom well.
