great location on Baltimore Inner Harbor, but huge construction project across the street makes it noisy and dirty and has construction workers looking directly into our windows so had to keep blinds drawn. Staff was amazing I must say.

One Master light switch is super weird, when one of us needs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to turn on lights to entire room waking everyone up....no pen/pencil or writing pad (cheap!) and very few bathroom amenities (no Q-Tips?

Love the location and the clean lines and the beautiful view from most rooms.

I think the front desk staff could be a little nicer. I also had a very bad experience at breakfast. I was given caffeinated coffee and the waitress swore that it was decaf. I had a horrible reaction to the caffeine...they need to be way more careful!
