Negatives:
Poor service, coffe pot didn’t work, toilet acted up, room was not that cold. Offered early check in then made to wait 2 hours while other people checked in. Hotel Never call to notify me of the room being ready after making me wait. Poor communication between staff on resolving my issue

Keycard failed three times. Was assigned a room without a working safe and had to be moved to a different room because no maintenance worker was available to correct the problem by uptrend the safe left locked by a previous occupant of the room. And no one had a replacement battery to stop the smoke detector from beeping intermittently all night! Parking instructions were not clear. Common areas of the building were not adequately climate controlled. The breakfast bar was not very appetizing and was poorly organized. Front desk staff was not very efficient or welcoming.

I don’t like that the room wasn’t fully cleaned, there was candy in the corner, gunk on the bathroom wall, the mirrors weren’t clear, and the stains on the rug.
