The staff weren't as helpful they were understaffed and not cooperative when help was needed.
I always had to wait at the Reception desk for someone to be there
The bathroom door would not lock and the staff never fixed it despite us mentioning it several times.
Extra bed provided didn't fit in the room and staff was helpful

Our room was amazing! It was spacious with really nice furnishings and windows on two sides (we were on the corner). Breakfast was easy to grab and go or sit to eat. And we really enjoyed the pool! The staff was super friendly, helpful, cheery and welcoming!
Negatives:
Self parking was not super convenient - it was across the street in a larger parking garage. The valet parking attendant was a little pushy. Be prepared to not park on property.
