We like staying at the Hilton and the staff is great. Unfortunately, we were not given the room we booked thru Booking.com even though we booked in January for an August. Not sure who to blame for this, but not very happy.

More availability of food. Most restaurants that host conventions have 24 hr food and more advertisement of food in the room. There was no menus and QR on tv did not mention room delivery options.
I had no idea I should have food delivered.
Room was cleaned 1st day and not after that.
Bathroom condition seemed tired.
For the price and for a Hilton I expected a higher level hotel. The rooms and amenities were more at the level of a Hilton garden.

Positives:
We liked the location to the Convention centre. We liked the lobby.
Negatives:
After calling long distance to hotel prior to arrival to arrange some special requests. Upon arrival, nothing was documented about our request. They wanted to charge us again for our fully paid stay with you. The 1 stadium room we got was the back view where you couldn't see anything, that room had washroom issues. That room was beside a meeting room that you could could hear the meeting that lasted until after 7. The Studium lights was on the day before a game so the room was flooded with the lights even with window covering drawn. We had to be firm that we get 2 rooms with double beds. We had to be firm not to be charged 2 parking for 1 van that we all traveled in. My van was damaged at the back and scratched at the side. More to discussed as I will be following up with Booking. Com.
