Staff was not friendly or helpful. Toilet got clogged twice and had to call multiple times to have it fixed. Meanwhile, we needed to use the lobby bathroom. We didn't have towels unfortunately we didn't realize until my husband was in the shower. Had to call twice to have towels delivered. It took so long he used a hand towel to dry off. Parking was not explained upon check in whi h caused stress upon leaving the garage.

Location is wonderful, rooms are spacious and clean, beds and bedding are very comfortable.
Negatives:
Buffet bread was just okay and the service is pretty dismal. Don’t buy breakfast buffet and choose some other option.
