It’s in a good location to shop and dine by the Harbor.
Negatives:
The faucet sink in my room was way to tight too turn on and off. And, the pool should have been much bigger for all the guest that visit that hotel. Also, the fee for parking is too much in which they only have one side entrance way going in to park and have to drive really slow to make sure that you don’t collide with another vehicle coming out the same way going up to different levels because they’re under construction.

Amazing location. The bed was comfy and nice. Shower gel was good. The room was spotless and overall service was nice.
Negatives:
Third floor rooms don’t have clear view of the harbor, as glass is covered with film. A/c is extremely noisy, however effective. There were no slippers or complimentary water. Pool on the roof is quite small and shallow. Lobby looks run down. Service doors on the second floor are damaged. Hotel has definitely seen its better days…

Excellent Location. Delicious omelette station for breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff. Clean & Spacious rooms. Cozy beds. Great pool but they need more lounge chairs on game day and during fleet week.
Negatives:
The AC never really cooled the room below 75 degrees, according to the thermostat. It actually felt so much hotter in the room, despite the thermostat being set to cool for the duration of our stay. We kept the heavy drapes closed the entire time, which was unfortunate because there is a great view of the pool, inner harbor, and city. We were not the only guests with this complaint. Finally, one of the kind staff members from housekeeping found us a fan to use on Saturday for our last day/night! It helped to make the room more comfortable. Our family had this same issue during our last stay at this property and that was in December. Best advice, ask for a fan at check-in because this is otherwise, a great hotel.
