It was dilapidated. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The towels were stained. I had to ask for towels three times one day before we finally got them and even then we didn’t get full sets. The gym equipment was probably pretty nice-once long ago. It was very run down and very dirty. No towels. No wipes to clean the equipment with. No information given about parking. No ice in the ice machine. Saw another guest having to beg for a lightbulb for the vanity in his bathroom. Not one thing from the staff about our stay would indicate that they were in the hospitality industry. The atmosphere of the hotel was blah. The message we got was that they could not have cared any less about us.

The bar and waiter at the restaurant during Friday evening were excellent! They were busy but did above and beyond to ensure guests were waited on in a timely manner. The food was excellent (tacos, wings, and chicken parmigiana sandwich)!
Positives:
The lobby, bar and free cookies and how close it was to the college for the graduation
Negatives:
The air conditioning didn’t work in the room and there was four of us in the room. It got pretty hot. The room would not go below 75°. We told the front desk they might want to have someone look into it but we just got “oh OK” they didn’t apologize for it or anything. We prepaid our parking, but no one told us we would need a room key to get out of the parking garage. The front desk had taken our key, but luckily, my son still had his key in his wallet and we were able to leave.
