Negatives: House keeping threw away my son’s belongings. Food, phone charges and some clothing. I had made another day reservation but they thought we left our belongings. He doesn’t have much money and that was a big set back.

Negatives: People on drugs, homeless, dirty, disgusting, smelly, blood in the beds, bad people, bad neighborhood, no one should stay here, the elevator doesn't even open the door! This is a danger, the authorities must intervene!

Positives: I literally liked nothing about this place

Negatives: It was only ONE washcloth & towel in my room. When I went to front desk, I was told they ran out of them & had to throw the ones they in the laundry. Unbelievable. Front desk had American bulldog sitting in the lobby behind the front desk that he kept yelling at. Food was spilled outside a room door on my floor & was left there for HOURS.
