Lovely historic hotel in the center of old Baltimore. It was probably last renovated 20+ years ago so it is starting to feel bit tired. But it is a grand place and for the price, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Waitress was older and confused, kept going back and forth to tables many times to double check what they actually order because she forgot. Took almost 10 minutes to get drinks. Food took way to long especially for appetizers. The appetizers were so small and not worth the money. Room was nice but bed was uncomfortable, tv channels were a nightmare, and the hotel itself was so noisy into the early morning hours. We left an entire day early.

I loved the charm of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I loved having the valet, especially since we didn’t know the area and the traffic was insane!
Negatives:
The only complaint that I have is the ac. It was set at 75 when we got to the hotel. It was 101 degrees outside and our room never really cooled down.
