Positives:
When you first walk into the property, it is gorgeous. Absolutely loved the history of the hotel.
Negatives:
The room was rough. The bathroom curtain rod was broken and you couldn’t keep the curtain closed. The sheets were dirty and the room needed a good clean. The staff could benefit from some help with smiling, kindness (not really to us necessarily but we witnessed a lot of rudeness) and the valet service was disorganized.

Fantastic stay , not long...
Positives:
I liked the bell hops, I liked the staff they were all extremely nice! I really enjoyed the valet service! The front desk was very courteous, and the location was perfect for the orioles game.
Negatives:
The bed frame was broken, the air ducts were dusty, the hotel bathroom was alittle out dated. The TV was also alittle outdated for similar priced hotel in the area
