The room was beautiful, laid out well, clean and comfortable. The lobby was grand, the gym was exceptional, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The valet (only parking option) was expensive ($45 for the 1 night). Housekeeping knocked on my door at 1040am even though check out was 11am. No lotion as an amenity was odd.

The staff members were absolutely fantastic! Both Kevin and Ms. J were wonderful in helping me to feel welcome. They facilitated the checklist. When I needed to have a late checkout, this was granted. It helped me to complete an errand and then head to the airport. The service, again, was top-notch!

It was not clear from this site that the IS NO FREE parking. That's fine but I would hope this site could be more upfront about that info in the future.

On my check-out, I asked for the rent-receipt for my stay. The lady at the reception told me that since I have booked through booking.com, they will send me the voucher through e-mail. I have stayed in hundred of hotels booked through booking.com and every time I was provided with a receipt upon check-out at the reception. This is the first time I have experienced this. Till date, I haven't received anything from booking.com. The only attachment they sent to me was that of the the zero credit I owe to the hotel. I once messaged and once e-mailed to the hotel property. Still no answer due to which I cannot claim my reimbursement from my employer.
