Bathroom faucet fell off. You could see where it had been repaired before, and not well.
Positives:
We only stay at La Quinta in Edgewood MD whenever we are in town. The room rates are good, the hotel is clean and the rooms are beautiful and look modern. In fact they look like they were just remodeled. Comfortable bed and large room.

Not a thing to change. I spoke with an employee at the main desk when returning room cards to compliment her on the hotel.

Not much of an area to walk pets in. Room was dirty, shower pressure was terrible and dried blood stain on curtain.

It was close to my job didn't have to drive far. The guy that works 3rd shift he was very helpful to me when I needed help he is a very hard worker and very friendly make sure you tell the manager of the hotel.

This was a NON SMOKING FACILITY and the staff let whomever was in room 324 smoke cigarettes in the room and did nothing about it.
Non-smoking facility signs were posted! Al other guest followed policy except for the guest in 324. Very disrespectful to the hotel... management ..... owners and most of all other guests who did not smoke.
The worst experience of my life smelling smoke in a non-smoking facility.... the smoke was so heavy that i could smell it as if someone was smoking in my bathroom. They should have been removed for breaking the policy.

MANAGEMENT DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE!!!!!!
Positives:
The hotel is at a convenient location. The lobby was clean and easy to check in and out. Liked that the rooms had a fridge and microwave in it.
Negatives:
Our room keys became in programmed one night and had to wait to get them re-programmed for access. The place allowed many dogs. They only had one working elevator which caused a back up when trying to go up or down when someone wanted to also use the elevator having multiple dogs. No safe in the room. The shower water was not hot long and the TV is rather small.
