The staff was un-knowledgeable and not the best at communicating. During check out I was hit with other fees and the receipt of what was charged didn’t reflect my bank statement. They suggested I reach out to my bank to see why I was charged when the hotel charges me not the bank. I had to pay more in parking than what was actually used and it was just an overall bad experience.

The hotel parking garage area was full and there was no way to turn around with our large suv Once we and other hotel guests were able to turn around, we had to park in another section. The hotel staff more than accommodated us, however. We will come back. .
