Horrible front desk experience checking in after Midnight!! System was out of service and we waited more than an hour for getting our room.
Even though we called to update arrival time and extra bed request- that eventually was not in the room ready for us!!
Everything was bed experience!! From the check in ( front desk representative was very unpleasant) through the room cleaning and arrangement (hair on the toilet and no extra bed) and the parking process.

Great location, clean and comfortable inside and out. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially the restaurant manager who very much took good care of us.
