We have visited this hotel many times over the years. When it switched from being a Marriott to Embassy Suites, we were afraid that it might be a change for the worse, but they have kept all the good things and improved on a few. For example, there is a group of friendly and dedicated ladies on the breakfast crew from the Marriott days - and they are still there, now some 12 - 14 years, I think. The front desk staff are helpful and professional. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, the internet works well, and everything works as it should.
Negatives:
The response from lost and found was poor - basically, "we'll do our best," followed by no word at all, even after several queries.

Better staff they were hardly anywhere to be found day and night time, couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. They don’t really speak to you when you walk by they kinda run in the back.

This our third time here in less than a year. I love everything about the property. It is well kept, convenient to hospital where my daughter was a patient.
The property is very well managed. All the personnel is wonderful too. They have been so nice to me, and remembered me from previous stays, while daughter was in hospital. It meant a lot to me. EVERYONE was SO nice!

It would have been nice to have a walk in shower. But otherwise it was perfect!
