The staff was really unprofessional. They really showed that they did not want to be there. They were not wearing any uniform, and combined with their awful attitude, you would think someone random had just walked to the front desk. The room cleaning is only on demand, but they failed to tell us, so we didnt get our room clean as when we got back to the hotel it was too late.

Staff were very helpful, very respectful and really really friendly
Negatives:
Almost 400 usd for a very very very old room ... AC is super noisy ... You can't sleep with it on. The lobby was a Construction site, this was not mentioned anywhere... They changed door locks without even telling me on second night so I was locked out when I came back to hotel after late dinner around 1 am. Water fountain is closed ... And all in total in it's current state, it doesn't worth more than 200 USD for my stay !

Breakfast was at an extra fee, not included in my room rate.
Negatives:
We were overcharged $25 per night and not refunded. The hotel's elevator required a room key to operate, which didn't work half the time. All guests struggled to operate the elevator. The parking structure's elevator didn't work at all, we carried our suitcases up and down a beat-up shabby staircase and we paid $28 per night for parking. There was no working fan in the room's bathroom, all steam and smell was there to stay. We were told all rooms were like that due to construction. The hotel's construction was obvious, loud and affected the operation of the hotel.
