Disappointing in many aspects of...
Positives:
Unfortunately, the hotel was being renovated. We had no knowledge of this. I was traveling in a very busy city with elderly parents. There was nowhere in the hotel to grab a bottle of water, a snack, or, let alone, a meal.
Negatives:
The person at the front desk was rude and condescending. She was short and contrite with my parents and myself.

Parking garages are free on Sundays in the Montgomery public garage, and the door was open, but they charged $28.00. I called customer service, but they did not give me a good response.

Negatives:
The hotel was under construction. There were not restrooms or facilities on the first floor. They charged 3 dollars for water. They also charged me a lot more than what was originally quoted through booking.com. Extra charges for parking which I never needed or requested.
