Proximity to the metro and allowing for luggage storage more than 24 hrs free of charge was a nice surprise and appreciated.
Negatives:
It is not clearly explained while booking through Booking that the property requires 50 USD as deposit on arrival, on top of the payment that they receive through the portal. So, far they have not returned mine after nearly 1 month, this despite multiple reminders through Booking and a phone call. I HOPE YOU WILL ACT NOW THAT IT IS PART OF YOUR REVIEW!!
In general, the payment process is a bit messed up depending on whether you have paid via Booking or you pay at the property. This doesnt seem to be handled in a systematic way leading to frustration.
Very dim lights at the room. Impossible to see properly in the middle of the room so I had to bring anything I needed to see properly to the bathroom where the light was stronger.
During my stay of 2 nights and 3 days, they had to close the kitchen - so no breakfast was served - in one of the days. The announcement was made the evening for the next morning. At least they put papers under each room to announce.
On another occasion, there was no hot water for 1/2 to 1 day so I had to take cold showers twice. Nobody bothered to inform claiming that this had happened in the middle of the night.
