I had prepaid my entire stay through Booking.com. However, for some reason, the hotel kept charging my card $201/night plus some extras. I only realised this the second time and when I went to reception to find out what was going on, I all sorts of replies none of which included an apology. They kept insisting that there was no charge, simply a pre-authorisation and completely ignored me when I showed them my statement and explained that the card I gave them was a debit card, not a credit card. They finally managed to cancel the last charge, which was credited almost immediately and ensured me the rest ( $427) would be credited in the next couple of days. Five days later I was checking out and the money still had not been credited. So they assured me they would sort it out. Instead, they charged me another $427 (!!!) then tried to reverse those charges and did it again for the third time!!! Luckily, I had noonu left, so the third charge of $427 did not go through (phew...). I finally got to speak to the manager who said they had now reversed all extra charges (upwards of $850!), and no he did not know when the money would be returned to me and that he had done everything on his side so that was that. No apology offered.
A week later, refunds started coming in but I am still missing $100 they kept forgetting incidentals, so I will have to spend more time and money to get that back!

The rooms had everything we needed and the shower and bed were very comfortable. We loved that the Morton's steakhouse and Starbucks were right in the building.

The parking lot was confusing since the front entrance was under construction. It took 30 minutes to find the back entrance.
