The one staff member who was a Latino male, He wasn't attentive, didn't know how to listen and overall was unpleasant to deal with. As a result, I always had to wait longer.

Clump of hair on the room floor; super noisy and not policed by front desk staff; gave me a fruit basket as a gesture of apology - the fruit was molded and my dog accidentally got into the grapes and almost died... so 'no good deed...' on the last issue
