Parking garage and parking is handled by a third party. Our ticket never worked and the parking attendant came out and wasn’t very kind.

The location was really great and the cleaning staff were very helpful
Negatives:
The front desk staff had very limited knowledge of the eminities of the hotel and seemed very confused when asked the smallest details.
For instance, when we parked our car at level 3 and we did not receive a ticket, we tried to get a clarification as to how the parking process actually worked and get a sense of pricing. We spoke we 4 different reps, who all gave different answers and seemed all confused

The place was clean. That's all I can say.
Negatives:
I think the staff looked down on me. I reserved a room with king size bed. When I got there I was given a room with 2 queen beds. Tried bringing it to staff attention, but he acted like I was wasting his time and couldn't raise his head up to talk to me. He just rushed things and didn't bother to apologize. It was terribly upsetting. This will be my last time visiting this facility.

This hotel is centrally located. You can walk or bus (public transit) anywhere. I used the NIH shuttle and it was such a blessing on this trip. Restaurants inside and walking distance. I felt safe at all times of the day as a solo, female traveler.

Beds and pillows are so comfortable! Room was upgraded to King on 10th floor so it was very large and had a view. Their check-out is much later than most and they graciously allowed another hour for our flight.Starbucks in the lobby was fabulous and the location by metro and Bethesda unbeatable.
