Location and immediate staff were good

Cleanliness of the room the showers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks oh and there was a hole in the shower and wait there’s more there was a whole damn colony of ants in the corner of the room

The bed was extremely comfortable, the price was great, and the location was great for what we needed.
Negatives:
The first room was filled with ants all over the dressers and the bed so we asked to change rooms. The second room was ant-less. In both rooms, the TVs weren't working, the air conditioners were visibly broken or one worked but made loud noises that interrupted your sleep, and overall nothing looked clean. The sinks, tubs, and toilets all had hair, dirt, and other markings on them.
