Positives: They gave us more towels as soon as we asked. The cable & wifi was decent
Negatives: The AC needed cleaning, a tact strip was showing and we both stepped on it. The breakfast was far from being continental. Not enough adequate blankets, we had to listen to construction for 2 days above us or next to us. No microwave or hairdryer in room. Nothing to hang towels on in bathroom. It was broken. Got to watch an argument between staff, cussing.

Positives: In renovation mode. Dirty, broken shower. Television does not work. Dirty room. The whole hotel has blowers for the bad carpets to illuminate the musty smell. Breakfast is bagels and cereal , broken out of order nice dispenser . Never again.

Negatives: TV did not work in my room I had to go out and buy a Roku so I can watch TV.. juice machine for breakfast did not work cuz there were fruit flies flying around it I didn't use the coffee machine because it was right next to the juice machine and I was skeptical.. breakfast was very poor very few things to choose from.. when I said something about it it was suggested to me to go to Dunkin' Donuts.. the staff was not very helpful.. I took a picture of a cockroach I killed in my room showed it to the front desk they didn't offer any kind of discount or to move me rooms or anything.. unsavory people hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night.. parking lot and picnic table was just filled with trash on a daily basis

Positives: The location.
Negatives: The false advertising of being pet friendly. The elevator was extremely sketchy, it was moving before the door even closed. I didnt have any hot water in the shower. My T.V didnt not work the entire day. Its smelled like a kennel with a side of hookah!
