The location was very convenient to a lot of attractions and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The building was under renovations and that hadn't been listed when I booked. There were construction materials around and the place was generally messy. The breakfast wasn't as advertised and bathroom sink was broken.

Had to sleep in car because they said they didn't see the reservation but it was paid in full no one called to try to accommodate. Poor customer service nothing was accomplished with hotel or booking.com

It is suppose to be a smoke-free hotel, but it was not. I had to go to the nearest Wal-Mart to pickup maximum strength Febreeze and Lysol to clean, disinfect and take the heavy smoke out of my room.
It took me hours to get the smell out. The sink clogged up for hours and the towels were dirty.
I only found two clean towels out of the stack of towels in my room.

We waited 3 days before we got enough rags and towels to shower with. They kept saying that they were washing or that someone was bringing them to us but they never did. We just went out and brought some from the store
