Negatives: When we went into the elevator there was graffiti everywhere. We got off at the 4th floor where we got greeted by a huge dead roach. We finally made our way to our room when we opened the door we found the rest of the roaches family running around the bathroom. The ceiling had a huge hole in it with a pipe hanging out which the owner claimed there where "renovations" guess that also included the black mold. The beds where a whole other story with stains all over them. The room reeked like urine the ac and fridge didn't work. Why would you even rent a room that disgusting out and going threw "renovations" we did get moved to a smaller and a little cleaner room.
