Negatives: The hallways were filled with the overwhelming smell of smoke, and the elevators were in a filthy, broken condition. Our room had an outlet that was dangerously hanging out of the wall, and there was an unacceptable large gap under the door that allowed anyone to see inside. The room itself was unclean—there was trash stuffed behind the dresser and visible holes in the walls. We were provided with only one towel and one washcloth for four people, and when we requested more, we were told to wait until the next day. The carpets were dirty, and we discovered roaches in the bathroom at night, as well as in the lobby upon checkout, where we saw them crawling up the walls. When we asked to switch rooms due to these issues, we were flatly told that it wasn’t possible. The front desk receptionists were consistently preoccupied, often on FaceTime, while guests were allowed to loiter in the lobby. On our final day, both elevators were out of order, and the stairs posed a serious falling hazard due to their steepness and lack of safety grips, combined with slippery paint that had been carelessly applied. This experience was completely unacceptable.

Negatives: Furniture and carpeting were stained, both in the dining room, lobby and rooms. Elevators didnt work, breakfast was terrible. Stairwell had vomit in the corner covered with a towel and our 2 rooms had MICE. When I mentioned the mice to the staff, she offered 20% off and handed over mouse traps. Shower faucets were loose and difficult to get turned on. Absolutely disgusting place

Negatives: The property smelled badly in each room they showed us was not properly cleaned and smelled like cigarettes inside the rooms. We got a refund and didn’t stay
