La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DC Metro Capitol Beltway

Negatives: It was a not clean and the shower was disgusting it had a lot of rust and dirt around the bottom of the shower, we had to go buy flip flops to take a shower. Along with rubber gloves & other cleaning items to spray & clean the hotel room down. I figured paying almost $200 a night we should’ve at least had a decent clean room.

Negatives: booked for 2 queen beds and was assigned a room with only a king bed for me and 2 others who were included on the reservation

Negatives: That there was No pen or small tablet to write on. That for two ppl staying had to share small bar of soap shampoo and conditioner & Lotion (was not enought) only one hand towel and wash cloth. we made it work.

Negatives: Towels and bedding didn't smell clean. Breakfast was limited. Elevator slow, one didn't work. Stairway was sketchy.

Negatives: out dated, broken elevator

Negatives: The room was nasty with human hair on all sheet beds and bathroom was not even clean Room smell of smoke like a bar. I would not stay there again and will not recommend anyone to stay there. If someone would like to speak about it call me 804-836-4641 but I don't think you will.

Negatives: November 2024, checked in and got to our room. Very outdated. Pulled back the quilts to check the sheets, and the one of the bed had fresh cum stains on the sheets and the second bed had all these little black things all over it. Called the front desk, and they said they said they would be up in 10 minutes but never showed up. Stripped the beds and went down to the front desk an hour later. They handed me 2 kings size bed spread and sheets for our queen size beds. The next morning, we found a giant stain of some kind on the upholstered chair in the room and a couple stains on the window coverings. There are spots all over the rooms entrance walkway that looked like they did a touch-up with fingernail polish Went to use the shower and could not turn on the water. Called the front desk, and the guy said he would be up in 10 minutes to show us how to work the shower. We waited a few hours, but he never showed up. Requested another room but was told no. The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom is peeling. Even the shades on the lamp between the beds were stained and damaged. We finally got the shower to work, but it took a lot of arm strength to turn on. The sink did not have warm water, only cold. There was mold and mildew at various spots throughout the room. This place is disgusting. They only had 1 elevator working, and it did not run properly. There was no indication that any maintenance was being done to fix the elecators. It was an overall bad experience. If I could give this hotel a zero, I would. It's just disgusting . I have a lot more pictures, but this site would only allow me to attach 4
