There is no elevator, they sent us in the rain with our luggage to another building on the road with an elevator.. noise in the corridor

The bath was dirty. The bath tub was completely clogged. I was already in the tub when observed that water isn’t getting drained at all. I removed a huge chunk of hair from drain for water to flow. Very bad experience.

Positives:
Breakfast was very gratuitous, many options and food kept going out, no waiting, could really fill up well for a full day of sightseeing. Bed was comfy and big.
Negatives:
Facilities look older than they appear in the pictures, hotel has a strange layout and smell, stairwell doors are hard to open and paint work throughout the building looks sloppy/cheap.

I liked that it was outside the DC area and that it wheeled the Wyndham name. Which we have had luck with in the past.
Negatives:
That they didn’t have the restaurant or bar on-site like it said. The dust in the ventilation system. I work in HVAC and this stuff you don’t want to breathe in. The second is move and cools to be the main system for cooling. Along with plugged into a broken outlet cover. Safety risk if you have small kids.Had them in the hallways as well. The data cables strung along on the ceilings.
