The breakfast was awesome! All the breakfast ladies were great and housekeeping ladies.

The front desk personnel. We were there for our daughter's graduation. She had two graduations. We brought our dog with us for the first time and chose this hotel because it was dog friendly. This hotel is not dog friendly. They cater to the people with no pets first. Also when we first got our room it smelled like urine and the floor was sticky. We asked for a different room and the front desk guy said the smell came from the cleaning product (ammonia). They did give us another room. The shower did not have a full door. We got a suite and it seemed small. Also, you cannot do early check in.

no pool. tight parking. impossible to pull out of parking garage. Hotel TV turns off mysteriously at 6am on the morning of checkout even though checkout time isn't until noon.

No complimentary water in the room. No towel delivery,had to walk to front to lobby,hair all over the bathroom. The hotel put a $100 hold on my cc for incidentals. The hold is still on my cc and I checked out 3 days ago.
