Negatives: Nothing it was not clean and the entire place smelled of smoke, and it was supposed to be non smoking. The stove was broken and inoperable. The door looks like it had been punched in and what even is that in the tub?!!!

Negatives: No breakfast available even though it was stated in the description. Apparentley it's changed hands and booking.com have not updated their system! Tired fixtures and fittings, smelt of cigarettes and damp. Shower curtain rail hanging off, half the lamps didn't work, no toiletries..........

Negatives: When I and my family arrived, the toilet in the room didn't work. The woman at the front desk was about as indifferent as could be explaining that there were no more rooms available and "it was Labor Day weekend." Therefore, if any of the guests had any maintenance needs, they were screwed. I had to find another reservation at the last minute at a higher-priced property. I asked for a refund and eventually received it.

Negatives: First of all, when we arrived after a 9 hour drive, the employee at the lobby told us that they have no free rooms, the hotel is full. I ask how this is possible because we not only booked through booking.com but also prepaid. Another employee tells me that it's first who asks, first served policy. Then, I was offered to contact hotels in the neighborhood without promising me anything, and even less to offer the same price. Finally after phone calls, the employee tells me that they have a room. When we booked, it was stated that breakfast was included, but this was not the case. 3. Reception didn't open until 9 am. 4. We saw several cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. 5. The room smelled really bad, but we couldn't tell what that smell was. 6. The employees were not very friendly. No one said hello if we didn't say it first for example. 7. Room cards stopped working and we had to go to reception to get them to work. So if it happens before 9 a.m. you have to wait to go in your room. ...And even more.

Negatives: No toiletries, no change of towels or bed linen unless you pay extras for them. Forget about cleaning. Absolutely poor services all round.
