Negatives: No breakfast available even though it was stated in the description. Apparentley it's changed hands and booking.com have not updated their system! Tired fixtures and fittings, smelt of cigarettes and damp. Shower curtain rail hanging off, half the lamps didn't work, no toiletries..........

Negatives: When I and my family arrived, the toilet in the room didn't work. The woman at the front desk was about as indifferent as could be explaining that there were no more rooms available and "it was Labor Day weekend." Therefore, if any of the guests had any maintenance needs, they were screwed. I had to find another reservation at the last minute at a higher-priced property. I asked for a refund and eventually received it.

Negatives: No information of WiFi

Negatives: First of all, when we arrived after a 9 hour drive, the employee at the lobby told us that they have no free rooms, the hotel is full. I ask how this is possible because we not only booked through booking.com but also prepaid. Another employee tells me that it's first who asks, first served policy. Then, I was offered to contact hotels in the neighborhood without promising me anything, and even less to offer the same price. Finally after phone calls, the employee tells me that they have a room. Here are some of them: 1. the toilet kept getting clogged and we had to hold us several times because there was no one at lobby to lend us a plunger. 2. When we booked, it was stated that breakfast was included, but this was not the case. 3. Reception didn't open until 9 am. 4. We saw several cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. 5. The room smelled really bad, but we couldn't tell what that smell was. 6. The employees were not very friendly. No one said hello if we didn't say it first for example. 7. Room cards stopped working and we had to go to reception to get them to work. So if it happens before 9 a.m. you have to wait to go in your room. ...And even more.

Negatives: No toiletries, no change of towels or bed linen unless you pay extras for them. Forget about cleaning. Absolutely poor services all round.

Negatives: The room was dingy with carpets and furniture that were not very clean, in need of refurbishment. There were a number of people who appeared to be living there, rather than using it as holiday accommodation, which is what we expected. There was a lot of noise at night, requiring the use of earplugs to sleep. Whilst it offered a kitchenette there was nothing apart from the actual appliances in the room, so was effectively useless. The room itself smelt musty. We checked out a day early.

Negatives: To have a non smoking room and the people above from us were smoking, which was coming from the vent from the bathroom which was getting inside the space of the bedrooms.

Negatives: I wish they had king size beds
