Positives: The bed was comfortable

Negatives: The fact we got confirmation for a queen room with 2 queen beds and we're given a king room with one king bed and sofa bed. And staff just says" that's how it came thru our system". I told her I wanted 2 beds for a reason not a sofa bed, she didn't care to try to even fix it then we couldn't even get pillows for the sofa bed. She had no personality, didn't care about anything. Got a an extra charge on my card she didn't tell us about . Other staff said it was a hold and will fall off . Rest of staff was nice.

Negatives: Toilets flushing is very loud. room doors close very loudly from the outside, closing from the inside you can hold the handle up so it’s quiet but not from the outside.
