The location was exactly right for our family get-together. I saw a sign that said there were plans for renovation, which it really needs. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, the room spacious enough. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, a "buffet" style for $12.50 or a la carte ordering. Nothing wrong with it but it was basic. Lots of free parking in the lot. No road noise.
Negatives:
Worn and dated everything. The carpets, walls, curtains, furniture and even the bath tub tiles were cracked and partially caulked...it was all worn and in need of a deep cleaning both in the room and in the lobby. Public seating that was stained or where the chair cushion had bottomed out.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. However, the location was perfect!
Negatives:
Toilet seat was extremely too low. The shower curtain was not long enough causing water to escape from shower stall area. Lastly, there wasn’t a bath mat inside the tub making it very slippery if not careful.

Location was quiet and great natural scenery. The bathroom door in my room had missing chunks of material at the bottom and the carpeting was dirty and stained in places.
Negatives:
The pool and jacuzzi had green algae growing in it and there was a lot of it in the jacuzzi. It was not being properly cleaned and maintained.
