The sleep sofa was dirty and old. The mattress on it was horrible. The light on the desk was missing a light bulb, they only gave us two sets of towels for 3 guests. The room lighting was poor. The pillows were bargain basement quality. Never thought a Hilton hotel would have such bad facilities and it wasn’t inexpensive. Paid too much for what we got. Very disappointed.

The hotel has seen better days. Carpet in hallways were stained and furniture in lobby was worn. The toilet in our bathroom had a broken seat. . .a break in the seat itself. 1 of 2 light bulbs in the bathroom were out. I wanted to make the front desk aware of the toilet, not b/c I wanted a different room but b/c I did not want to be charged for damage. The response I got included 'don't worry about it, the whole hotel in being renovated'. After asking about having the light bulb changed nothing was done. Overall, not what I would expect from a Hilton affiliated hotel.

The evening staff was amazing and made me feel welcome after a 10 hour drive. The room was ready, without any wait, and check-in was smooth and swift.
Negatives:
$3 bottles of water?? Come on man!! That was a bit off putting.
Otherwise you are running a great facility for us weary road warriors and I will definitely visit again.

The shampoo dispensers were not filled or body wash. The towels weren’t stocked only one large one in room. The hair dryer was covered in something sticky I couldn’t use it. The pool needs care and cleaning.

Close to Merriweather and good...
Positives:
The location was close to my son’s apartment, which I was helping move him in.
Negatives:
The room was very outdated. The one bed closet to the AC unit felt damp, but maybe it was just cold. The carpet was disgusting and the room had a wallpaper border that looked ancient. There was also an old fabric covered chair you couldn’t pay me to sit on. Things around the room felt sticky. The beds were not comfortable. We will not revisit.
